:I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't desire to live in this building.
To paraphrase an old RI sweatshirt 'I'll plan because UR'.
Your planning is fantastic! I'll search for an event.

I like the new addition of a secure building and monitored parking lot. It helps to ease my mind, living downtown and all. The building neighbors are all pretty chill, although some Friday and Saturday nights can get pretty crazy. It's not like living on Park Ave or Monroe though, the vibe of the building is different, more grown-up. (No beer pong tourneys here) There's a park a block away on the river to walk the dog and relax after work (complete with doggy bags in case you forget). I love my loft and my dog does too!

180 Saint Paul Street is a great place to live if you want a true NYC style loft apartment. High ceilings, exposed brick, secure building and parking. What more could you ask for?!

We walked through over 40 locations before deciding on 180 St. Paul Street. Once we witnessed the brick and hardwoods, it fit exactly with what we were looking for.

History

The evolution of the loft as an architectural style property has influenced the whole concept of the New York apartment, specifically due to the nature of its space. A loft implies a large, open space that usually results from a commercial building having been converted into multiple dwelling residential units. Some remain open areas with few internal walls; while others have been constructed into one, two, or more bedrooms.

Lofts can be very varied in style, with some leaning toward a minimalist discipline, while others are far more opulent and sophisticated. Famous architects and designers have relished in the opportunity to transform these spaces into chic, innovative homes, setting the standard for the highly stylized architectural loft.
